Since I started CrossFit training my frame has slimmed down a bunch this is the 3rd size I have had to drop to both in waist size and the width of the belt. I have a small frame construction so while I’m looking ripped af at my current weight, the 4” belt digs on my ribs and my crest bones. With the 3” belt, which maybe can change from just small frame gurls to small frame athletes?, fits just right. No digging! Has the same hold as the 4” belts and also takes up less space hanging off the side of my bags. It’s nice not hooking everything on the way out of the gym.
Maybe could gear some new 3” belts to both guy and girls, maybe matching head wrap to tag along. You got my email, I can give you an abundance of design ideas along with ideas to pair head wraps, hoodies, joggers, compression. Hmu. Or don’t. Lift Heavy 2POOD

Great for petite body type
I love this belt. I have a 29in waist and went with a size XS and it fits perfectly. I’m 5ft tall and the 3in is perfect for my body type, the belt does not dig into my ribs or hips. I use the belt mostly for WODs, it’s really easy to loosen and tighten during a workout.

Great for short torso petite gals
Perfect size and fit for the very petite, ie skinny minnie, lifters. I have a very small waist and short torso. This belt does not ride up into my ribs.

Perfect size for petite lifters
I loved the standard size straight belt but it poked me in the ribs a little sometimes when I was in a deep squat. This petite size is PERFECT. so glad they made this !!
