Bought the custom belt for my 15 year old son who is just getting into lifting seriously. Customer service assistance was great helping me design the belt. The belt fits great and is very secure. The design came out perfect and the colors were vibrant. Super happy with the purchase.

While I was extremely pleased with the final product, the process was very painful. It took months to receive my order and long waits for responses to my inquiries about a mock up photo to ensure the custom belt was going to arrive as I had ordered it. It was months before I revived my order. It was not a pleasant experience and the customer service was terrible.

I've bought a couple belts from 2pood before, they were packaged flat. My special custom belt was packaged in a square box and rolled in a circle but got folded and has kinks in it. I thought it might be fine but I can feel the folded kinks when I wear it.

I wouldn’t recommend buying a custom belt. Communication with customer service was horrible. Did not get the belt I wanted. Had no idea what belt was actually coming. Was an absolute nightmare.
