Why should I wear a weightlifting belt?
Weightlifting belts provide lower back and core support, security, and stability when squatting, deadlifting, and lifting heavy. Whether you're a CrossFit athlete, Olympic lifter, powerlifter, or everyday athlete, weightlifting belts are essential training equipment. Our belts are certified as the Official Belt of USA Weightlifting.
When should I wear a weightlifting belt?
There are different recommendations depending on skill/training level, but many coaches and athletes agree that belts should be used once a lifter has properly learned how to brace their core and can begin incorporating a weightlifting belt when attempting lifts above 80% of their current 1RM.
What is the difference between the 4″ Straight Belts & the 3″ Petite Belts?
Our 4" straight belt is the Official Belt of USA Weightlifting & the CrossFit Games, and provides great support and security for most lifters. The 3" petite belt provides the same great support as the 4" straight belt, but is designed for lifters with shorter torsos who find that the 4" belt digs into their ribs and causes discomfort.
When should I wear knee sleeves?
Knee sleeves can be worn whenever you are working out and feel you need extra stability, warmth and/or compression to improve blood flow and reduce strain and swelling (weightlifting, powerlifting, CrossFit, etc.). Knee sleeves are used to keep your knees warm, add compression to for joint support, and are ideal of weightlifting and endurance workouts.
What is weightlifting tape used for?
Weightlifting tape is used to protect your thumbs and fingers from blisters and calluses while weightlifting. One of the best elements of 2POOD weightlifting tape is that there is no residue left when you finish lifting. Our tape can be stretched to wrap tightly around fingers, thumbs, or wrists.

How do I choose the right size for my weightlifting belt?
You can view our full sizing guide here. If you are in between sizes, we always recommend sizing down.
How should a belt fit — should it overlap, and how tight should it be?
The ideal gap is anywhere from the tips almost touching to about 3" apart. You don't want too close of a gap or the tips can overlap and cause the belt to pop. You don't want too far of a gap or you will feel the belt pulling.
Once you have the correct size you can place the belt around your belly button, ABOVE THE HIPS (unlike a belt to hold up your pants), and take the velcro strap around and through the WODclamp/fastening buckle. Once through the WODClamp suck in your core and tighten for solid support.

Purchases are eligible for return within 30-days of purchase. Once returns and exchanges arrive at our warehouse, they'll be processed in 2-3 days. We cannot process international exchanges. Start a return or exchange here.
What is your Warranty Policy?

We stand behind our products and offer warranties on select items to protect against manufacturing defects such as broken stitching, faulty hardware, material flaws, mis-calibration or other issues found upon delivery or initial use.

What’s Not Covered:
Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or regular use, including:
- Fraying or abrasions from regular use
- Natural deterioration of Velcro or elastic
- Fading from exposure to sweat, sunlight, or washing

Normal wear and tear results from the expected, gradual degradation that occurs with regular use and aging of the product.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim:
To file a warranty claim, please provide proof of purchase and contact us at customerservice@2pood.com with your order # and necessary photos. Each claim will be reviewed individually, and we will determine eligibility for replacement or discounts on a case by case basis. Please ensure that your product was purchased directly from 2POOD or an authorized retailer.
