Shipping & Returns
We offer free shipping on every US order over $125. For orders under $125, shipping is calculated at checkout. We also ship internationally via DHL.
If Performance Backpack 4.0 isn't right for you, ship it back and we'll cover return shipping to you for an exchange. We do not cover shipping back to our warehouse.
Warranty
2POOD stands behind every bag we make. Our bags are covered by a 1-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects — including broken stitching, faulty zippers, and material flaws present at the time of delivery or initial use.
What's Covered:
- Broken or defective stitching
- Faulty zippers or hardware
- Material defects present at time of purchase
What's Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Damage from improper use or overloading
- Fading from sweat, sunlight, or washing
