I've been doing CrossFit for 12 years and have used a lot of different thumb tapes in that time. 2POOD's tape has the perfect amount of adhesive which makes it easy for the tape to meld together and stay on during workouts. It also doesn't leave a ton of residue after it's removed (like many brands do). This is my go-to tape.
