We offer free shipping on every US order over $125. For orders under $125, we offer USPS First Class & Priority mail which will be calculated at checkout. We also ship internationally via DHL.
If the 5mm Performance Knee Sleeves aren't the right size or style for you, just ship it back to us and we'll pay for the shipping back to you. For returns, we do not cover shipping back to our warehouse.
Warranty

We stand behind our products and offer warranties on select items to protect against manufacturing defects such as broken stitching, faulty hardware, material flaws, miscalibration or other issues found upon delivery or initial use.

What’s Not Covered:
Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or regular use, including:
- Fraying or abrasions from regular use
- Natural deterioration of Velcro or elastic
- Fading from exposure to sweat, sunlight, or washing
Additionally, apparel items, weightlifting tape, and other accessories are not covered under our warranty. For sizing exchanges, please visit 2pood.com/returns.
** Manufacturing defects are issues present from the time the product is made and impact its functionality or integrity.
Normal wear and tear results from the expected, gradual degradation that occurs with regular use and aging of the product.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim:
To file a warranty claim, please provide proof of purchase and contact us at customerservice@2pood.com with your order # and necessary photos. Each claim will be reviewed individually, and we will determine eligibility for replacement or discounts on a case by case basis. Please ensure that your product was purchased directly from 2POOD or an authorized retailer.

Ripped on first wear
Purchased May 2024 and I’m on my 3rd pair. Ripped out in the place as the previous 2 pairs and 2pood hasn’t responded to my email about these doing the same thing. All the reviews say the same thing!! So sad I really liked these! And they were spendy!
