I really really want to love this backpack. I don’t have it packed full. It’s not that heavy. I carry it from my car to the gym, around the gym, and back to my car 5 days a week. I’m not taking it hiking or anything. And the top handle is already ripping. The functionality of this bag is great and has everything I need, but goodness the quality is just terrible. This is my 3rd bag from 2POOD. The first two were replaced as they also were tearing but that tear was on the strap and happened over several months. The customer service with 2POOD is wonderful. I’ve been thankful they keep sending me replacements but goodness. Can you all look into more durable stitching on parts of the bag that will be used often such as the straps or the top handle of the bag?
