Welcome to PR Week!
PR week is a celebration of the hard work and effort that you have put into your training combined with a chance to win some awesome prizes! The goal of PR week is to have as many people across the world set a PR.
PR week begins April 18th!
Participating is simple:

Sign up as an athlete or sign up your gym to get the whole squad lifting.

Attempt to set PRs throughout the week of April 18th until April 24th.

Q: When is PR Week?

A: April 18th through April 24th

Q:  Do I need a gym to do the PR week?

A: Nope! You can hit your PRs from any gym, whether that's a home gym, friend's gym, or commercial gym.

 

Q: Why enter as a gym/affiliate?

A: Enter your gym to get your fellow lifters excited for the event. The 3 gyms with the most participants will win an exclusive prize pack from all 3 sponsors.

Q: Do I need to be an experienced lifter? 

 A: Nope! All levels are elligable and can enter.

Q: When are the winners selected?

A: 20 winners will be selected the week after PR week has concluded!

Q: Can it be any PR?

A: Any LIFTING PR counts! A personal best snatch, clean, clean and jerk, deadlift, backsquat, front squat, etc. Any lift.

Q: How do I win?

A: 20 lifters will be randomly selected at April 24th and contacted April 25th. Make sure to tag your posts #PRWEEK #2POOD #CAFFEINEANDKILOS #USAW
