Sizes run large

Used a measuring tape and ordered XL according to the sizing guide. Belt is too long to provide adequate lifting support.

Terrible customer service and returns

It took a week to get it. It was the wrong size. I sent it back the next day and it’s been a week and still haven’t heard of it was received or if the new one has been shipped.

Not sure yet.

I think I’m going to like the belt, but it’s the wrong size. I sent it back for an exchange several days ago, but haven’t heard back.
