We offer free shipping on every US order over $125. For orders under $125, we offer USPS First Class & Priority mail which will be calculated at checkout. We also ship internationally via DHL.
If the 5mm Performance Knee Sleeves aren't the right size or style for you, just ship it back to us and we'll pay for the shipping back to you. For returns, we do not cover shipping back to our warehouse.
Warranty
We believe in our knee sleeves, so we warranty them for up to one year. If your knee sleeves begin to rip, tear, or otherwise prove defective, please reach out to customerservice@2pood.com.

Bought these knee sleeves a few months ago and used for general use in the gym and each sleeve is tearing at the seams. Really disappointing. Customer service has been confusing. Been back and forth with a representative. Replacements seem to all be out of stock of any pattern when I requested my warranty replacement.
I bought these knee sleeves a few months ago and in that time I have only worn them around 8 times and they are falling apart and no longer give me any support. For the price you pay you'd expect them to last much longer. My $30 Armortech sleeves have lasted over three years...

I received a pair of "new" knee sleeves and one was ripped. I am sending them back. I am not sure if I will request a refund or do an exchange.
Purchased sleeves that arrived about 2 weeks ago. I've used them maybe 5x so far and one of the sleeves is already starting to rip. I have to constantly pull them up during my workout which may be why they are starting to rip. They are also a little snug despite using the sizing guide. They should have larger size options too since they seem to run on the smaller size. Overall the sleeves do feel good and help keep my knees from getting cold and tight, just wished they worked a little better given the price and popularity of this brand.
