We offer free shipping on every US order over $125. For orders under $125, we offer USPS First Class & Priority mail which will be calculated at checkout. We also ship internationally via DHL.
If the 7mm Performance Knee Sleeves aren't the right size or style for you, just ship it back to us and we'll pay for the shipping back to you. For returns, we do not cover shipping back to our warehouse.
Warranty

What’s Not Covered:
Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or regular use, including:
- Fraying or abrasions from regular use
- Natural deterioration of Velcro or elastic
- Fading from exposure to sweat, sunlight, or washing

** Manufacturing defects are issues present from the time the product is made and impact its functionality or integrity.
Normal wear and tear results from the expected, gradual degradation that occurs with regular use and aging of the product.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim:
To file a warranty claim, please provide proof of purchase and contact us at customerservice@2pood.com with your order # and necessary photos. Each claim will be reviewed individually, and we will determine eligibility for replacement or discounts on a case by case basis. Please ensure that your product was purchased directly from 2POOD or an authorized retailer.

I bought these in Feb. Its now April 8 and one of the seams is pulling apart already. and I've been much gentler on these since I've used Iron Bull and the internal neoprene start to break down after about a year.
I thought I'd try these since they were bundled with a really cute lifting belt. (that was also a disappointment. Had to pay shipping to return b/c despite carefully following their measurement instructions the belt was still too big...)
Will be going back to Iron Bull. Slightly more expensive but they can take hard work from a 4-5 day/week gym kitty. and DEFINITELY last longer than 3 mos.

Got new sleeves because the previous ones tore and upon first use they tore in the exact same spot

I’ve had to have three replacement pair because the rip on the side continually. They have sent me three replacement pair and my newest pair just ripped. I don’t even want another pair at this point. DO NOT BUY!!!
