    ABOUT KNEE SLEEVES

    Knee sleeves are used to keep your knees warm, add compression to for joint support, and are ideal of weightlifting and endurance workouts.

    7mm thick premium Neoprene material.

    Knee sleeves can be worn whenever you are working out and feel you need extra stability, warmth and/or compression to improve blood flow and reduce strain and swelling (weightlifting, powerlifting, CrossFit, etc.).

    95% Neoprene, 5% Nylon.

    The knee sleeves are great. The reason for the 3 star review though is because they both starting coming apart at the seams. After one use.

    I am so happy that my gym friends turned me on to these. I can now do walking lunges and squats a little more confidently! My only gripe is medium is a little too tight (but fine) and large is a little too big.

    These are perfect for lifting and moving through Metcon/AMRAP’s. Fit great, size chart was spot on. I’ve washed twice they didn’t shrink or loose any form!
