Yes, we offer international Shipping via USPS and DHL when available. Please reach out to customerservice@2pood.com if you don’t see your country available.
Depending on the destination, DHL is 2-7 days and USPS First Class is 7 days to 1 Month. For reliability, we recommend going with DHL.
Normally when this happens it is either mis-delivered to a neighbor, or in a parcel locker if available. Please check with your neighbors and postal worker, and reach out to customerservice@2pood.com to make them aware of the situation.
Priority mail is a faster mail service. If you’re in a rush to get your item, choose Priority Mail.
Shipping estimates provided at checkout are simply estimates and transit times can vary with USPS. Most packages are delivered in their estimated time, but that is not a guaranteed delivery date. For guaranteed/overnight delivery, please reach out to customer service.
All international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. 2pood cannot control and are not responsible for any customs duties/taxes applied to your package. As long as the belt is showing no signs of wear (Chalk, Dirt, Hair), we will accept the belt for exchange. Please be sure to double check your belt to ensure it’s clean before returning.

We do not provide return labels, however if you are exchanging an item, we take care of the shipping of the new item back out to you.

Unfortunately we cannot accept a worn belt for exchange. We recommend trying to sell the belt to someone that it fits, and then reach out to customerservice@2pood.com for a discount code to purchase the correct size.
For domestic returns/exchanges, fill out the form that was included in your package and ship it back to the address on the form. A copy of that form can be found at 2pood.com/exchanges. For international returns, please fill out the form and include it in your package.
Please allow 7 days for your exchange to be processed from the date it arrives in our warehouse. You will receive a shipping notification when your exchange is processed.
Returns are processed within 7 days of delivery to our warehouse. You will receive an email with a return receipt when your return is processed.
If the item is under 1lb (all belts are under 1lb), You can use USPS First Class Mail. Please roll the belt the way the way it rolls around you and package it tightly to prevent creasing. If over 1lb, you can use USPS Priority Mail. Please keep tracking for all shipments back to us.
We recommend placing a new order for the correct size and returning the original for a refund. This is the preferred method when time is of the essence.

Short answer - yes. We prefer your belt to have a gap between the ends, rather than overlapping. We’d recommend sizing down.
Yes! Our belts meet all IWF requirements for any sanctioned weightlifting competition. Our belts are worn by many world record holders and Olympians so rest assured you’re using what the top pros use.

The main difference is the metcon belt is NOT approved for sanctioned weightlifting competition, while the straight belt is. Outside of that, It’s about personal preference. The straight belt is our most popular belt.
The 3.1 and 3.5 are both 8”. The 3.5s shorty is 6”.
