We offer free shipping on every US order over $125. For orders under $125, we offer USPS First Class & Priority mail which will be calculated at checkout. We also ship internationally via DHL.

If the 5mm Performance Knee Sleeves aren't the right size or style for you, just ship it back to us and we'll pay for the shipping back to you. For returns, we do not cover shipping back to our warehouse.

Warranty

We believe in our knee sleeves, so we warranty them for up to one year. If your knee sleeves begin to rip, tear, or otherwise prove defective, please reach out to customerservice@2pood.com.

Too small

These are too small and I've asked the customer service to return them, but they keep telling me I can get exchange for a larger size (I bought the biggest size) and are running me in circles.

Great product and customer service

Purchased the belt and knee sleeves, fast shipping and updates on every update of the shipping process. There was a mishap with my knee sleeves, emailed customer service, they replaced them within a few days, again great communication, will definitely be doing more business with this company.

Knee sleeves and wrist wraps

Knee sleeves worked great for about 2 weeks then they started to rip from the seams and also they just fold in on themselves. Tugging on them during workouts is frustrating. Wrist wrap loop holes have become very loose as well. It’s only been about 2 months of limited use.

The knee sleeves worked perfectly fine for about 2 weeks, however every time I use them now they seem to fold on themselves and one of them ripped at the seams already. The wrist wrap loop hole on one of the wraps hs become very loose as well. belt has worked fine no issues as of yet.

poor quality & uncomfortable

1) sleeve is ripping at seams
2) tags on the sleeves (mini ones with kettle bell) have rubbed my skin raw. I have to place tissue to protect my skin
