    ABOUT KNEE SLEEVES

    Knee sleeves are used to keep your knees warm, add compression to for joint support, and are ideal of weightlifting and endurance workouts.

    5mm thick premium Neoprene material.

    Knee sleeves can be worn whenever you are working out and feel you need extra stability, warmth and/or compression to improve blood flow and reduce strain and swelling (weightlifting, powerlifting, CrossFit, etc.).

    95% Neoprene, 5% Nylon.

    I got 2 pairs a small for my self and a large for my daughter. I loved mine and feel like my knees are much more supported. My daughter doesn't like how hers feel in the back of her knees.

    I wanted to love them

    I ordered a pair and they started ripping at the seams after a few months of use. 2POOD was awesome and sent me another pair, but they ripped while putting them on the first time. I gave up after that.

    I’m really enjoying the 5mm sleeves for my everyday use. My 62 year old knees can use the support. From wall balls to thrusters they’ve held up well. They’re great with respect to sweat and smell also.
