Sizing is terrible

I followed the instructions to a T and triple checked that they were accurate, then bought the recommended size and it was WAY too big. I mailed it back to exchange for a smaller belt weeks ago and haven’t heard a peep. Also, I had to pay for the shipping to send it back for an exchange. So now I’m paying even more money for a flawed measuring system.
