1. Eligibility

This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of 2POOD, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or members of the same household of such employees are not eligible to enter or win.


2. Entry Period

The giveaway entry period begins at 12:00 AM Central Time on July 30, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on August 3, 2025 (the “Entry Period”).


3. How to Enter

Eligible participants may enter by submitting their email address and phone number via the official 2POOD Giveaway signup page, accessible through digital or physical QR codes or links displayed during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate or fraudulent entries may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.


4. Prize Description

One (1) winner will receive a travel package for two (2) to attend the 2026 CrossFit Games, which includes:

  • Two (2) full-weekend spectator tickets
  • Four (4) nights of hotel accommodations in a hotel rated at least three (3) stars
  • Roundtrip economy-class airfare for the winner and one (1) guest from a major U.S. airport to the 2026 CrossFit Games host city

Total prize value not to exceed $5,000 USD. Prize components will be arranged by the Sponsor once the dates and location of the 2026 CrossFit Games are officially announced. Travel and lodging arrangements will be booked by 2POOD or its designated representative.


5. Prize Conditions

  • The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
  • No substitutions are permitted, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion if the prize or any portion of it becomes unavailable.
  • Any expenses not expressly stated in these terms, including but not limited to meals, ground transportation, travel upgrades, incidentals, and personal expenses, are the sole responsibility of the winner and guest.


6. Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor no later than August 15, 2025, from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

The potential winner will be notified by email or phone using the contact information provided at entry. If the winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, is ineligible, or fails to return required documentation (see Section 7), an alternate winner may be selected.


7. Winner Requirements

The winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Waiver, Tax Documentation, and Publicity Release (where permitted by law) prior to prize arrangements being made.
If winner is unable to travel on the dates selected for the 2026 CrossFit Games, the prize may be forfeited.

Winner and guest must possess valid government-issued photo ID and comply with all travel and event entry requirements at the time of travel.


8. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless 2POOD, CrossFit LLC, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize.


9. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s consent for 2POOD to use their name, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation or approval.


10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or other factors beyond Sponsor’s control compromise the integrity of the giveaway. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law.


11. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to 2POOD’s Privacy Policy, available at [https://2pood.com/policies/privacy-policy].


12. Governing Law

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
