1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN: A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old as of the date of entry. This promotion is in no way endorsed, promoted, or sponsored by Academy Sports and Outdoors, Inc. The giveaway is solely promoted and administered by 2P Performance LLC DBA 2POOD (“Sponsor”).
2. HOW TO ENTER: The giveaway begins on October 28, 2024, and ends on November 8, 2024 (“Entry Period”). There are two ways to enter:
- Purchase Entry: Upload a valid receipt showing the purchase of any 2POOD product from Academy Sports & Outdoors during the Entry Period to the designated entry platform. Each receipt counts as one (1) entry.
- Mail-in Entry (No Purchase Necessary): Mail a physical card with your full name, handwritten email address, and complete mailing address to: 2P Performance LLC, 10921 E Crystal Falls Pkwy, Suite F304, Leander, TX 78641. Mail-in entries must be received by November 8, 2024, to be eligible.
Limit one entry per person, regardless of the method of entry. Incomplete or illegible mail-in entries will be disqualified. 2POOD is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or damaged entries.
3. PRIZE: One (1) winner will receive a $1,000 gift card to Academy Sports & Outdoors. The total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize is $1,000. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
4. WINNER SELECTION: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted using an online random name picker at https://commentpicker.com/random-name-picker.php, with all entries compiled into a spreadsheet. The selection process will be screen-recorded and kept on file for one year for verification purposes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
5. WINNER NOTIFICATION: The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry. The winner must respond to the notification within seven (7) days or the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.
6. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters. Entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, and any other parties involved in the administration of the giveaway, from any liability arising from participation or acceptance of the prize.
7. PRIVACY: Information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of the giveaway and in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, or for any errors in the administration of the giveaway or the announcement of the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the giveaway.
9. DISCLAIMER: This giveaway is not endorsed, sponsored, or administered by Academy Sports and Outdoors, Inc., and participants agree that Academy Sports and Outdoors, Inc. shall have no liability in connection with this promotion.
10. DISPUTES: This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from this giveaway shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
11. WINNER LIST: To obtain the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: 2P Performance LLC, 10921 E Crystal Falls Pkwy, Suite F304, Leander, TX 78641, after November 8, 2024, and before December 31, 2024.
