Very Comfortable Bands

Picked up the hip bands for my daughter. Very stylish, and she love pineapples. She really loves them. She has complained about using rubber banding for leg/hip exercises, cutting and tearing into her skin and joints. She elastic 2Pood bands have an appropriate tension, and do NOT dig into the skin. She is excited to those warmup exercises to help her run, lacrosse, and hockey.

Great Little Thing to Burn Up Your Legs

Used a hip band at the gym for warm-ups so decided to buy one for home use. Do 10 squats and lateral walks each day and in just two weeks, I can already feel a difference in my leg strength. Can't wait to do more with it. AND it is so small, I can easily take it with me when I travel.
