These are the best belts ever. Sturdy and hold up nicely. The sizing runs large; I’m a 26in waist and size small in shorts but wear the XXXS belt. I used to have XXS and XS sizes, which I made work, but the Velcro starts to unstitch from the belt right next to the lock the more you wear it. Customer service is amazing about this and has replaced belts in the past, no charge. They are super quick and friendly. I’ve never had a problem with 2Pood. This is the only belt I wear

Is it magic? No. Will it transform you into Thor overnight? Also no. But will it keep your spine from exiting your body during heavy lifts while making you look like you know what you're doing? Absolutely yes.
