I measure 34" around the belly button and what's left of my spare tire, so I ordered a small belt per the sizing chart. However, when wearing the belt at what feels like the proper tightness, the ends overlap by ~half an inch or so.
Sizing guide seems misleading if the goal is for the belt ends to not overlap while wearing it. If I wear this size with the ends not touching by 1-2" as suggested, it might as well not be there 🤷♂️
FWIW I wear it with the ends overlapping a bit as described and still feel like it helps my lifts.
Light weight with great support! The belt is versatile and love the fact that I can tighten and loosen the belt without have to remove it well transitioning into different lifts. I have had two back surgical procedures and this is the belt I have been looking for!!!
The biggest problems with my previous WOD belts is for heavy multiple reps the belt would release in the middle of my rep. The 2Pood belt does not release even when squatting and deadlifting the heaviest of my lifts. And I love the red, white, and blue of the CJ Cummings belt!
